Design and Create a Crazy Patchwork A5 book cover
- a Victorian technique with a very pleasing effect that can be embellished with embroidery stitches, buttons, beads, ribbons etc
- you will be stitching small irregular pieces to a backing fabric using the Foundation Piecing method to create your own design for an A5 book cover
- everything will be included for this workshop except for the wadding & lining fabric, which will be available in class for £2
- all the stitching can be done by hand, or bring your own sewing machine if you would rather use this method
- all fabrics for patchwork and embroidery threads will be provided
- light refreshments will be provided, but bring your own lunch
