A full refund will be given if a booking is cancelled at least 14 days before the class starts. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before a class starts, a 50% credit note will be given towards a future class. We will always try to be fair to all parties.
We reserve the right to cancel a class in unusual circumstances. This will be avoided wherever possible. In this situation a full refund/ credit note will be given.
