This is a beginners class so no experience is required.
- This will be a 1 day workshop where you will be shown how to make felt using merino wool, warm water, a little soap and friction.
- You will make sample pieces of flat felt that can be sewn into a purse or glasses case, or it could simply be used as a decorative piece to hang on the wall. If you have a bit more experience you could make a scarf ,wrist warmers , a hat or a bag.
- Felting is a lovely, magical process and is therapeutic as well.
- You will need to bring 2 or 3 towels and a plastic bag to carry them home in as they will get wet.
- All other materials will be provided, but if you are making a scarf or hat there will be an extra £7-£10 charge for the felting materials used.
- This will be fun! Felting is highly addictive!
